Dear Mr. Arthur:
We have reviewed the draft of the new Section 7 of the RAC 015 procedure sent to us by letter dated July 19, 1988.
Section 7 of the RAC-015 procedure defines an acceptable method for the use of the RTRAK system to verify that the lands have been cleaned up to meet the EPA standards. We understand that O
the data resulting from the use of the RTRAK system will be presented in the completinn report in the same format as has been used in the Canonsburg and Shiprock completion reports.
