Subject: NRC Combined Inspection Report Nos. 50-334/91-13;
50-412/91-13
A routine unannounced inspection of the radioactive waste
management and transportation program at your facility was
conducted by P. O'Connell and J.
Furia on June 10 to 14, 1991.
Areas inspected included organization, audits and appraisals,
staffing and organization, training and qualifications, plant
tours, review of records, and development of scaling factors for
waste classification.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were
identified.
