Dear Mr. Beckman:
This is to acknowledge receipt of Revisions 99 and 100 to the Big Rock Point Nuclear Power Plant Emergency Plan via letters dated May 20 and May 29, 1991.
We have reviewed the changes to the Big Rock Point Nuclear Power Plant Emergency Plan and determined that they are consistert with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan. These changes are, therefore, acceptable.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Docunent Room.
