Enclosed is a request for issuance of an export license to authorize the shipment of 28,872 kgs of enriched uranium, in the form of approximately 33,000 kgs of UO powder to Nuclear Fuel Industries, Ltd. In Japan for fabrication into reload fuel for Oh! Unit 2 and Takahama Unit 1.
