CllANGES TO FUNDAMENTAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL (FNMC) PLAN - REVISION 28 The Westinghouse Electric Corporation hereby submits proposed changes to the FNMC Plan for the Commercial Nuclear Fne* Division'a (CNFD) Fuel Manufacturing Plant (CFFF) located near Columbia, South Carolina. The attaclunent to this letter provides explanation of the changes incorporated 'within the revised FNMC Plan (pages submitted as enclosures).
Westinghouse requests that the attachment and enclosures with this letter he withheld from pubbe disclosure in accordance with provisions of 10CFR 2.790(d).
