8. The packaging authorized by this certificate is hereby approved for use under the general provisions of 10 CFR $71.12,
9. Expiration date: June 30, 1990.

C. 20555 4, ,o Transportation Certification Branch Aoproval Record Model No. 683 Package Docket No. 71-9053 The certificate of compliance for the Model No. 683 package has been revised to correct the package identification number. By letter dated July 14,1930 the NRC staff notified the Department of Transportation that the package neets the IAEA requirements for Type B(U) packages.

This change was not incorporated into the package renewal issued on June 4, 1985.
