If you are an NRC licensee Tnd conduct activities under the Ceneral Licenses of Suboart C of 10 CFR Part 71 or an Agreenent State Licensee

, subject to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71, as required by 10 CFR Part 150.20, a Quality Assu'ance Progran approved by the Comission as satisfying the provision of Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71 is required.

Since you no longer have a valid Quality Assuran'ce Progran Approval, the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 to transport or deliver licensed caterial to a carrier for transport are terninated.
