Enclosed is Revision 3 to the Training and Qualification Plan for Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant Units 1 and 2.
The changes made by this revision do not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan and, therefore, are being submitted to Region I under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(P). Details of the changes made by this revision have been provided in an enclosure to this letter.
