The purpose of this modification is to: (1) provide incremental funding in the amount of
$9,500.00, hereby increasing the obligated amount from $75,600.00, to $85,100.00.
l Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
Under Section B., Subsection B.7, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-DELIVERY ORDERS (JUNE 1988), paragraph (b), the first sentence is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"(b) The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $85,100.00."
A summary of obligations for this contract from the date of award through the date of this action is provided below:
