ORDER Intervenor Citizens Association for Sound Energy (CASE) shall file a single response to the applicants' petition for directed certification of the Licensing Board's October 31, 1985 order.
That response may be divided into two parts; one of them devoted to the considerations pertaining to the issues in the so-called " Main Docket" and the other devoted to the considerations pertaining to the issues in " Docket 2."
If that approach is adopted, CASE's counsel and representative should assure that redundancy is avoided.
It is so ORDERED.
