Dear Mr. Parker-This acknowledges receipt of NRC Form 241 dated December 14,1998, and the $1,100.00 application fee, which you submitted to report proposed activities in NRC jurisdiction under the authority of the generallicense pursuant to 10 CFR 150.20. Your Agreemert State License No. IL-01013-01 is recognized as valid for the proposed use of licensed material as described in this initial application not to exceed 180 days in calendar year 1999.
