Letter from J. A. Zwolinski to D. L. Farrar dated February 15, 1986.

Dear Mr. Denton:

The referenced letter indicated that the NRC had completed its review of the subject Mark I containment program with the exception of the vacuum breakers which are being reviewed under Generic Letter 83-02.

Your letter requested that we submit any Technical Specification changes required as a result of related modifications. We have reviewed the modifications performed under the Mark I containment program and determined that no further Technical Specification changes are required. In most cases, the modifications performed were determined to be consistent with the current Technical Specifications.

In other areas, appropriate changes were submitted at the time the modifications were performed.
