Time and Material Task Order No. Ell, Modification No.1 Under Contract No. NRC-05-83-216 Entitled " Independent Assessment -
Destructive Testing and Analysis" This modification is being issued to extend the period of perfonnance under the subject task order. Accordingly, the definitization letter dated November 18, 1985 is revised to extend the period of perfonnance.
Therefore, Task Order No. 011 shall be in effect as of November 15, 1985, and shall continue through April 30, 19,86.
This extension is accomplished at no additional cost to the contract. The Task Order Ceiling amount of $34,645 remains unchanged.
