Upon consideration of the December 16, 1998 NRC staff letter concerning the involvement of the Bureau of Land Management in preparing environmental documents regarding the right of way application of Private Fuel Storage, L.L.C., (PFS) for the Low Corridor rail spur, it is ORDERED, that any participant wishing to submit comments concerning that letter as is may be relevant to the pending hearing request and contentions of petitioner Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance (SUWA) should do so on or before Tuesday, December 22, 1998. Participant comments should be no more than five pages in length.
