Enclosed is the Quality assurance Program for Shipment of 239 Plutonium-Beryllium Neutron Sources. This Quality assurance Program is limited to the shipment of 239 Plutonium-Beryllium neutron source in Model DOT 6M packaging from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (Weyandt flall, Oakland Avenue) to the United States Department of Energy, Los Alamos National Laboratory Los Alamos, New Mexico.
