This Quality Assurance Program is limited to the shipment of 238 Plutonium-Beryllium neutron sources in Model DOT 6M packaging from tlie University of Pittsburgh to the United States Department of Energy, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamot, New Mexico.
