SUBJECT:
COMANCHE PEAK PLANT ALLEGATIONS Responsibility for handling Comanche Peak Plant allegatinns was transferred to Region IV on September 15, 1985 (see enclosed memorandum).
The agreements are (1) that the Comanche Peak Staff will investigate, document the resolution of all CPSES allegations received prior to September 15, 1985 and (2) that Region IV will investigate and docur1ent the resolution of all allegations received after that same date. Mr. Mark Emerson has been designated as the Region IV allegation coordinator. He is responsible for tracking and coordinating the resolution of the new Comanche Peak allegations.
If, as a result of your investigative work on presently-assigned allegations, a new alleger, or allegation, is encountered, it should be referred to Mr.
Chet Poslusny who will forward it to Mr. Emerson in Region IV for appropriate action.
