REVIEW 0F A COMANCHE PEAK REQUEST FOR AN EXEMPTION FROM SCHEDULAR REQUIREMENTS FOR FULL PARTICIPATION IN AN EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS EXERCISE.
4 [7 ic4 We have received the enclosed request for an exemption from the schedular requirements for full participation in an emergency preparedness exercise.
Texas Utilities requests this exemption by October 30, 1985.
In order to accommodate this request, we agreed to a schedule by phone with you.
In keeping with this schedule your staff would provide us with your evaluation by October 15, 1985 or earlier.
