UNP-2 CPERATING LICEi!SE REVIEW COSTS On December 20, 1983, the Commission issued a five percent power license for WiiP-2. The license was amended on April 13, 1984, for full (100%)
power operation.
In this particular instance, the ilarch 23, 1978 fee schedule was in effect at the time the operating license was issued.
In accorcance with Footnote 3 of Part 170.21, we have reviewed the cost incurred by the various program offices directly involved in the processing and issuance of the Wi!P-2 operating license. Attached is a sumary of the review costs as well as the supporting documentation from the program offices.
The attacment shows that a total of 54,105,901 was expended for the review. Since the maximum fee ($1,024,500) prescribed by regulation for the custom review under Section 170.21.A has been paid, no additional operating license fee is required.
