This purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of

$67,596, which will fully fund the contract. Accordingly, the contract is modife' d as follows:

Section B.3, " Consideration and Obligation - Cost Plus Fixed Fee", subparagraph "c" is revised to read as follows:

This modification obligates new funds in the amount of $67,596.
