Dear Ms. Dixon:
The subject interagency Agreement expired on September 30,1996. Since NRC received a check from Army in the amount of $4,748.68 in February 1997, and to date, no further vouchers or checks have been received, by virtue of this letter, we are deobligating excess funds and closing out this agreement. NRC records show excess funds in the amount of $197.63 remaining under this agreement. Therefore, for the purpose of NRC records, we are i
deobligating $197.63.
