MODIFICATION NO. 8 TO TASK ORDER N0. 201 ENTITLED, " REVIEW 0F WESTINGHOUSE WG01 HIC CODE FOR AP600 PCCS DBA EVALUATIONS" UNDER NRC-03-95-026
Dear Mr. Knight:
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of the task order thro.qjh March 31, 1998, at w extra cost to the Government.
Accurdingly, tti subject task order i* hereby modified as follows:
The third paragraph, first sentence, beginning with " Task Order No. 201...",
as modified in Modification No. 7, is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
" Task Order N 201 shall be in effect October 12, 1995 through March 31, 1998."
It is hereby agreed that no increase in the ceiling amount of the subject task order relative to this extension shall be required. The issuance of this modification does not amend any terms or conditions of the subject Task Order.
Please indicate your acceptance of this modification by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the spaces provided on page two of this letter and return two copies to the Contract Specialist.
