Enclosed is an application for a license (XSOUB760), recently rece' ed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, for the ex7 i of 675.0 kilograms of deplied uranium and 825.0 kilograms of thorium to China far recovery of the tantalum and niobium for production of tantalum and niobium powders for sale to USA and other tantalum capacitor manufacturers.
