PROJECT MANAGEMENT CHANGE FOR MILLSTONE NUCLEAR POWER STATION, UNIT 1
Dear Mr. Bowling:
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission licensing management responsibilities for Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1, have been transferred from Mr. William M. Dean, Director, Millstone Project Directorate, to Dr. Seymour H. Weiss, Director, Non-Power Reactors and Decommissioning Project Directorate, Division of Reactor Program Management. This transfer is based on your decision to permanently cease operations and decommission Millstone, Unit 1. On November 20,1998, I relieved Mr. Stephen Dembek as the lead licensing project manager for Millstone, Unit 1.
