- Mr. Douglas T. Johnson of your Ltaff, vealch transmitted a change to the Physical Security Plan for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
Bnsed on your determination that the change does not decrease the overall effectiveness of '
ycer ucurity plan and after umite' eview of the change, no NRC ap9roval is required in -
accordance with 50.54(p). Imple...ontation of the change will be subject to inspection to confirm that the change has not decreased the overall effectiveness of your security plan.
- However, some changes appear to be inconsistent with the criteria of 10 CFR 10,54(p) or involve policy issues and are being referred to our Office of Nuclear Reacter Regulation. These -
changes are identified in the enclosure to this letter.-
The enclosure to your letter contained Safeguards Information as specified in.10 CFR 73.;21 and is being withheld from public disclosure. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the
