No changes to the package design have been requested since the certificate was renewed on November 21, 1984.

The certificate of compliance has been conditioned to require the packaging to be prepared, operated, and maintained in accordance with Sections 7 and 8 of the application, as supplemented. Also, the company name of the certificate holder has been changed from Tech Ops. to Amersham Corporation.
