On May 9, we served you with our first set of discovery requests: interrogatories and requests for production of documents.
While you have made available for our inspection some of the documents we seek, you still have not responded formally to any interrogatories or requests to produce although over five weeks have gone by.
This has the effect of delaying substantially our ability to prepare our case.
Indeed, we may well need to seek an ex-tension due to your failure to respond.
Enclosed you will find second, a very short set of interrogatories.
Even a prompt informal response (such as telephone call with the answers) will aid us greatly.
