Revision 2 North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation (North Atlantic) has enclosed Revision 2 to the Cycle 6 Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) for Seabrook Station pursuant to Technical Specification 6.8.1.6.c. Changes were made to Figure 2 " Rod Insertion Limits Versus Thermal Power" to allow for deeper insertion of cont %1 banks D, C and 11 at power levels below 50% of rcted thermal power.
