Fort Saint Vrain Unit No. 1 INP0 Evaluation Report Dear Mr. Johnson.
In January of this year we forwarded.a copy of our 1983 INP0 Evaluation to NRC, Region IV, for your internal use. This copy was provided based on the past release policies established by INPO and adopted by PSC.
As you may or may not be aware, INPO has changed its release policy to provide some protection of their evaluation reports. That change is that INPO Evaluation Reports are no longer being sent to the NRC.
At FSV our policy will be that the reports are available on site for review by the NRC, but they will no longer be provided to the NRC as such.
In this respect, it is requested that the 1983 INP0 Evaluation Report which we forwarded to you be considered strictly as an internal review documert to be returned to FSV when your reviews are completed.
