Dear Madam or Sir:

I am writing this letter to voice my support for the NRC proposed clarification of emergency planning requirements for low-power licenses.

Specifically, I feel the need for Seabrook to be granted a low-power license without having to first install off-site emergency sirens within the evacuation zone is critical to the completion of the project.

Under normal circumstances such a clarification would probably not g

be necessary, but because opponents are exploiting every loophole in the current licensing rules, 1 feel this change is reasonable.

I am a resident of New England, very much aware and concerned for my environment, and very much in support of a strong and diversified New England energy supply.

Sincerely,
