Dear Sir:
Ln the subject of the proposed rule of off-site emergency sirens, I strongly support this change to speec up the licenceing of the Seabrook nuclear plant.
In fact the rules change should exclude any ccetunity that removes the sirens to prevent a nuclear plant from operating at full capacity.
lie need the Seabrook plant and we need it now.
