I ) TROJAN NUCLEAR PLANT i Security Force Training and Qualification Plan Revision 5 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) changes to the security training program at the Trojan Nuclear Plant, as described in the Security Force Training and Qualification Plan, PGE-1024, have been implemented. Our evaluation has determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the security { program. Briefly, the changes add the position of Operations Clerk and its associated responsibilities involving card key enrollment. l is a detailed description of the changes, along with a discussion of the reasons for making the changes. Attachment 2 consists of five copies of the replacement pages for the Trojan Security Plan. Another copy is being forwarded to the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation. These changes are considered minor in natare and do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the training program. Description of Channes + Table 2-1,1, SHIFT ASSIGNMEhTS - The " Operations Clerk" position is added under Security Personnel. + Table 2-2.1, Page 2 of 7, Individual Responsibility Matrix - The " Operations Clerk" position is added to the shift assignment section.
