Dear Sir:

I am writing in support of adoption and implemen-tation of your new ruling for low power testing, as applicable to Seabrook.

Also, I would like to comment on political and radical delays having a staggering effect on economic factors, not only in plant costs but in rates and taxes of communities with municipal power companies through-out the area.

These costs will never be known but are enormous.

I feel most objections to evacuation, etc., have h,

little ground to stand on.

For example, if you can crowd an are two to three hours, you certain1; can evacuate the

.. in a like amount of time.
