I PARTICULARLY WANT TO CONGRATULATE YOU ON YOUR NEW RULE CLARIFYING PRE-LOW POWER TESTING RULES.
It makes a lot of sense to us here in the Northeast, when we have the Seabrook Station sitting there ready to run and begin reducing our dependency on foreign oil.
Also wanted you to see the paragraph, favorable to you I think, marked in the enclosed copy of a letter to the editor of a local newspaper.
