DOCKET fiUMBEi g - PROPOSED RULE u-Y3 FR lMS~) C g,a >:> i x '88 JLN -6 Al - June 1, 1988 crre a : 1 00CKUii.3*.'ts U BF4 h t" Secretary of the Commission Attn: Docketing and Service Branch U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, D. C. 20555 Hon. Commissioners: State politicians in the State of New York and in the State of Massachusetts have imitated the general public as well as the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on nuclear power long enough. The time has come to put a stop to this black-mail and begin licensing some of these finish 6d plants. The Seabrook plant is the most needed plant to be put into service, as electric rower supply in that region has been already critical. p Hopefully, we trust that this situation above can be resolved by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission this time. 3 ncerely our, << -sclikl C enedikt Lohmil e}r1 L L [ 1-Benedikt Lohmiller 1250 E, Bethany Home Rd. 6 l Phoenix, Arizona 85014 8806150007 880601 @R S3 16435 PDR yDl0 1 -.}}
