DES FOR WNP-3 The DES for WNP-3 is scheduled to be published by September 7,1983. The Radio-logical Assessment Branch plans to have its contractor, Argonne flational Laboratory, prepare the radiological impact sections of the DES for WNP-3, as well as several other plants. In order to allow adequate time for AHL to complete its analysis as well as RAB's review of the ANL analysis, we will need meteorological dispersion factors and source tems for WNP-3 by May 20,1983. Enclosure 1 contains the site-specific land use locations for which we need meteorological dispersion factors.

Ed Branagan, RAB has discussed this matter with Joe Levine and Phil Stoddart of your branch, and they have advised him that additional information has been requested from the applicant. In the event that this infomation can not be obtained quickly, a slippage in the schedule may be necessary.-
