Thank you for your letter of December 18,1997, in response to the Notice of Nonconformance that was issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on November 19,1997, as a
' result of an NRC inspection of Astro Nuclear / Dynamics Inc. (Inspection Report 99901324/07-01).
We have reviewed your reply and found it responsive to the concems raised in the Notice of Nonconformance. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
