Modification No. 10 NRC-38-96-282 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to: (1) Exercise Option Year Two to extend the period of performance of the contract from January 29, 1998 through January 28, 1999; and (2) Increase the contract ceiling by $760,727.00 from
$1,470,796.00 to $2,231,523.00; and (3) Increase the amount obligated in the contract by $200,000.00, from $638,000.00 to $838,000.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified to read as follows:
- l. Section B, Subsection B.4, CONSIDERATION AND OBLGIATION -- DELIVERY ORDER, paragraph a, first sentence beginning with "The total estimated amount . . . " is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products / services ordered, delivered and accepted under this contract is $2,231,523.00."
- 2. Section B. Subsection B.4, entitled CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION, paragraph b, first sentence beginning with "The amount presently obligated . . . " is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is
$838,000.00."
- 3. Section F, subsection F.2 entitled, DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"The ordering period for this contract shall commence on January 29, 1996 and will expire on January 28, 1999. Any orders issued during this period shall be completed within the time specified in the order, unless otherwise specified herein. (See 52.216 Ordering.) The term of this contract may be extended at the option of the Government for an additional 1 year."
A summary of obligations for this contract from the date of award through the date of this action is provided below:
TOTAL FY.96 OBLIGATIONS $275,000.00 TOTAL FY 97 OBLIGATIONS $363,000.00 TOTAL'FY 98 OBLIGATIONS $200,000.00 CUMULATIVE TOTAL NRC OBLIGATIONS $838,000.00 This modification obligates-FY 98 funds in the amount of $200,000.00.
All other terms and conditions of the subject contract remain unchanged.
