NOTICE OF VIOLATION DATED SEPTEMBER 29,1997
Dear Ms. Tompkins:
This acknowledges receipt of your letter dated November 11,1997, in response to our letter dated September 29,1997, transmitting a Notice of Violation resulting from your notification of a lost anti-stat gun on September 15,1997.
We have reviewed your corrective actions, which is to discontinue any use of all anti-stat guns containing licensed material. The corrective action appears to be adequate, and there are no further questions at this time.
