JULY 31,1985 LETTER FROM DR. ZINOVY V. REYTBLATT In a. letter dated July 31, 1985, Dr. Zinovy V. Reytblatt " appeals" a 6 2.206 decision issued by Harold Denton on July 3, 1985. That decision is currently before the Commission for its review under 10 CFR 2.206(c). The decision responded to two earlier letters from Dr. Reytblatt, dated March 6 and 8, 1985. By memorandum dated March 28th from Jim Lieberman, my office had referred these same letters to you for appropriate action insofar as they raised questions about the propriety of actions by members of the staff. In lightsof this previous referral and of the apparent charges of staff misconduct in the July. 31st letter, I am providing you the most recent letter from Dr. Reytblatt for action as you deem appropriate, ,
