decrease its effectiveness. The changes are described in Attachment A pursu-ant to instructions centained in 10 CFR 72.84(b).
Attachrent A contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d) as com.ercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4),
subject to disclosure only in accordance with provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
For this reason, we request that Attachment A to this letter be withheld from public disclosure.
