Under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552. I am requesting access to Enclosure 1 of the November 4, 1985 letter from Charles E. Norelius, NRC, to Murray R.
Edelman, The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Co.,
concerning allegations hbout improper work done by Metalweld Inc. at the Perry nuclear power plant.
I am also requesting any additional information concerning these allegations which may have been obtained since I last requested the above information, on Nov. 18, 1985.
