RECORDS RELATED TO DIRECTOR' S DECI SION DD-85-10 Several fraudulent Zion tests have been performed recently which have been officially recognized as deficient. In Janua ry-March,1985 I submitted a Petition that there were severe violations in performing the most recent Zion test. The Petition has been denied, however at the public meeting with NRC, the NRC failed to prove that the test complies with Appendix J to 10 CFR, Part 50. All points of the Petition have been fully proven, and the Director's Decision will be contested in the Court.

Under USC 552, as amended, and under 10 CFR, paragraphs 9.2-9.6 I request the following materials which%ith Mr. Bernero of NRC:
