STATE OF TENNESSEE POINT OF CONTACT FOR NEPA AND OTHER ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW REQUESTS AND NOTIFICATIONS The attached October 30,1997 correspondence from Mr. Dodd Galbreath, Environmental Policy Office, State of Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, requests all future NEPA and other environmental review requests and notifications, issued by NRC, be forwarded to Mr. Justin P. Wilson, Deputy to the Governor for Policy, if a facility located in Tennesee is involved. ' In a subsequen' conversation, Mr, Galbreath acknowledged that Mr.
Mike Mobley, the Governor appointed State Liaison Officer (SLO) for Tennessee, should also continue to receive notification and copies of such requests in his capacity as SLO.
