Dear Ms. Garde:
This is in response to your letter dated March 18, 1986, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), copies of the records relevant to and/or generated in connection with IE Notice 85-101 entitled, " Applicability of 10 CFR 21 to Consulting Firms Providing Training,"
dated December 31, 1985.
In response to two earlier related FOIA requests, F0IA-86-37 (Garde) and F01A-86-88 (Huber), the documents listed as numbers one and three through seven on the enclosed Appendix were placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555, where they are available for public inspection and copying. A copy of document two listed on the Appendix is now being placed in the PDR in folder F0IA-86-189 under your name.
In light of this response to this request, we are taking no further action on 9
your letter dated April 8,1986, concerning our lack of response to your request.
