SUBJECT:
AFF REQUIREMENTS - ANNUAL COMMISS' ION BRIEFING ON THE WTEGRATED MATERIALS PERFORMANCE EVA' OATION PROGRAM (IMPEP)
-The-Commission has reviewed the memorandum from James L.
Blaha to the-Executive Assistants of the Commission Offices on the subject matter dated October 27, 1997.
The Commission has agreed to discontinue the annual briefings to the Commission on routine implementation of IMPEP.
Instead,-the staff should include this issue as part of the staff's annual briefing of the Commission on Agreement State issues subject to the staff consulting with the Organization of Agreement States (OAS) regarding the acceptability of discussing these issues in conjunction with the OAS' presentation.

. deficiencies noted in a Regional materials program and consider providing a copy of future IMPEP reviews of the Regions to the Commission for information purposes.
