SEQUOYAH UNIT 2 SCRAM At 2:15 p.m. on June 6,1988, Sequoyah Unit 2 scramed from 98% power. Based on preliminary information, the scram was initbted by steam / feed flow mismatch combined with low steam generator level. Sequoyah was conducting a feedwater systems surveillance test at the time and this may have been a contributing factor. TVA is conducting a post-trip review of the scram and will discuss the results with OSP prior to restart.
