]n support of this motion, the Commonwealth states as fo11sts:
1.
On April 22, 1988, the commonwealth requested a first extension of time in wl.ich to file its contentions.
In support of this motion, ti.e Commonwealth noted its desire to engage in discussions wi tt. the Philadelphia Electric Company (PECO) prior to filir.g its contentions.

On April 25th, thi s Board granted an o
'l extension of time until May 25, 1988.
3.
On May 3, 1988, this Board issued a written order confirming this extension.
4 The Commonwealth atd PECO are now engaged in discus-sions.
5.
In order to know if they can resolve their differ-ences, the Commonwealth anc' 1 ECO believe they need more time than now provided by the May 25th deadline.
