Pg. 2 of Enclosure 1: Delete the final sentence of the Maryland Good Practics. This levsl of detail is not provided in the final Maryland report.

Attachment A: Redact to exclude the licensing information. The only information needed pertains to licensing condition 12 shown at the bottom of the page.
