The Office of Nuclear Matenal Safety and Safeguards concurs based on resoletion of the following comments:
. 1. Pg. 2 of Enclosure 1: Delete the final sentence of the Maryland Good Practics. This levsl of detail is not provided in the final Maryland report.
l 2. Pg. 4 of Enclostce 1: Correct the typographical error on the second entry of this page.
The word " planning" is misspelled,
- 3. Attachment A: Redact to exclude the licensing information. The only information needed pertains to licensing condition 12 shown at the bottom of the page.
- 4. Pg.1 of Enclosure 2: Expand the first sentence under the " Technical Staffing and Training" heading to clarify the coverage and applicability of the training plans.
