You also requested access to any other analyses, memoranda and technical documents regarding the 10 CFR 50.46 and Appendix K changes.

Document one listed on Appendix B contains information which is confidential business (proprietary) information. The proprietary portions of document one are the attachments thereto labeled as Table 2 and Figures 1 through 8 which 2 are being withheld in their entirety. This information is being withheld from public disclosure pursuant to Exemption (4) of.the F0IA (5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4))

and 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) of the Comission's regulations. The nonproprietary letter, affidavit, and portions of the attachments are being placed in the PDR in folder F01A-86-110 under your name.

Pursuant to 10 CFR 9.9 of the Commission's regulations, it has been determined that the information withheld is exempt from production or disclosure, and that its production or disclosure is contrary to the public interest. The persons responsible for this denial are the undersi5ned and Mr. Robert B.
